By placing the reservations with 1st Choice Limousines you acknowledge and expressly agree to the following policies, terms and conditions.

1st Choice Limousines reserves the right of immediately cancelling any reservation without refund if the chauffeur feels that the passenger in the car is placing the chauffeur, another passenger or car in any sort of danger. If the passenger is in possession in on any sort of illegal material, the service will terminated immediately.

Passengers travelling in the limousine will be responsible if there was any sort of vomit or sickness or drink spilling or any other damage to the vehicle. Customer will be charged minimum of AUD100.

1st Choice Limousines is not responsible for the circumstances that are beyond our control e.g. traffic congestion, accidents, weather delays, flight delays etc. Our chauffeurs try to get to the pickup address at least 10 minutes prior to the booking time.

1st Choice Limousines are not responsible for items left behind in the vehicle, are lost or damaged because of customer negligence. 1st Choice limousines reserve the right to charge the delivery fee to return the items, if the items were found.

1st Choice Limousines requests that reservation cancellations be received by email/phone, no less than 72 hours prior to scheduled pickup time, or this will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

1st Choice Limousines requires that all changes are received by telephone at least 90 minutes prior to pickup time. Last minutes changes will incur waiting time.

Our chauffeurs will wait at the airport 25 minutes for Domestic arrivals & 55 minutes for International arrivals are included in the original cost of airport transfers. After landing of your plane, please contact us within the appropriate time limits, should you find a need to extend the time before you are able to meet your driver, failing which we shall consider it as a "no-show" & full transfer charges are then applicable.
