We suggest you make your reservation as much in advance as possible, thus enabling us to allocate your preferred vehicle and the chauffeur in advance. Reservations with short notice can be made but a chauffeur may not be available. But 1st Choice Limousines will make the best attempt to provide a chauffeur.

Our chauffeurs on each occasion hold "YOUR NAME" sign on a Whiteboard in the arrival hall at the airport. Our chauffeur will be waiting under the limousine sign opposite to the exit gates.

Once we have your flight details, 1st Choice Limousine's office continually updates all flight arrival times & make the necessary changes to ensure your chauffeured vehicle in advance when your plane arrives.

Normally we allow 10 minutes waiting time. When airport transfers are involved once the plane has landed 25 minutes for Domestic arrivals & 55 minutes for International arrivals are included in the original cost of airport transfers. After landing of your plane, please contact us within the appropriate time limits, should you find a need to extend the time before you are able to meet your chauffeur, failing which we shall consider it as a "no-show" & full transfer charges are then applicable.

1st Choice Limousines requests any cancellations be sent to us at least 24 hours prior to scheduled pick-up time, either by Phone/Email, or a cancellation fee of 50% of the original cost of transfer is applicable.

We accept payment by credit card, cash, cabcharge or cheque as per the following conditions:

When booking, we will request your credit card details (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners). Your card details will be held as security on your reservation. Charges will be made upon completion of your request . You have the option to pay by cash or cabcharge upon transfer. Cheques are also accepted as payment, if received no less than 3 working days before pick up date. When paying by cash, cabcharge or cheque, credit card security is still required, but no charge will be made to your card on successful transfer of money.

In most cases this is acceptable, However 1st Choice limousine's quoted rates are based on a point-to-point transfer and your chauffeur is instructed to use the most direct route for expediency. If warranted, your chauffeur would consult the office to be able to best accommodate your request.

Yes: We can provide baby seats, capsules, boosters or you can use your own. Please pre-arrange your requirements when booking.

Smoking is not permitted in the limousines. But our chauffeurs can wait for while you are smoking outside the cars.

With a minimum of "four hours hiring" policy on hourly basis, 1st Choice Limousines shall only charge for the service utilised in 1 hourly blocks thereafter. We are happy to discuss and accommodate your individual needs at the time of making reservation.
